The Holiday Shopping Craft Fair returns for a fourth year on Saturday

After taking a year off in 2020 due to the pandemic, the Holiday Shopping Craft Fair returns for a fourth year at Risen Savior Lutheran Church. Located at 6770 E. 47th St. N. (near K-96 and Woodlawn), it’s free to attend.

The event was a big draw in its first three years, and organizers are excited to have it back. The Holiday Shopping Craft Fair is an event full of handmade crafters and local shops all on hand to help with your holiday gift-giving. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or someone else, it’s a one-stop shop for custom-made gifts including clothing, kitchenware, items for home, jewelry, toys and books for the kids and a whole lot more. Some vendors who will be in attendance include AttractablesICT, Ellie & Jax Creations, Granny Annie’s, Simple Creative ThingsTastefully SimpleThis or That Crafts, Usborne Books and More, and Tie Dye A Go Go.

In case you’re hungry, there will be loads of eats available. A food truck called StarFire Celebrations from Enid, OK will be there dishing out some tasty creations, KAKE TV Anchor, Annette Lawless will be selling her prized cinnamon rolls, and you can find breakfast, fried flour tacos and other assorted desserts.

As an incentive to shoppers, they are also giving out $100 in prizes along with little goodie bags for the kids who come visit the craft fair.

The craft fair runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Risen Savior Lutheran Church at 6770 E 34th St. in Wichita. As mentioned earlier, it’s free for everybody to attend. To learn more about the event, check out their Facebook page.
