We are a family business and we really take pride in the work we do here. We have over 24 beautiful acres of property and love being able to share the venue and bed & breakfast with others. It’s gorgeous and serene out here and it makes events feel really special when guests add their personal touches. Venue Details

  • Seating Capacity: 110
  • The Inn opened in 2002 as Aunt Sue’s Bed & Breakfast and has been open under a few different names, but is now under new ownership in October 2020.

Food & Alcohol Policy

  • Catering Policy: Open caterer, including food trucks! Guests can even make their own food and prep/warm in the venue kitchen. We also have warming trays available for rent.
  • Alcohol Policy: BYOB is fine for beer, wine, and champagne. But if any alcohol is going to be sold or if any liquor will be served, we do require a licensed bartender.


The Wedding Weekend Package – $5,500
  • Four hours for rehearsal and set-up the day before
  • Wedding day venue access from 11 am – 11 pm (includes access to all 24+ acres of the property)
  • Two hours for clean-up on Sunday
  • All add-ons:
    • Two nights (night before and night of event) in all three cabins (each has a private hot tub on the back deck, Queen-sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, seating, TV (with cable and DVDs), bathroom, and comes with breakfast delivered the next morning
    • Stainless steel rolling cooler
    • Warming pans and accessories
    • Golf cart chauffeur
    • Table linens
    • Chair covers
    • Stainless steel stock tanks (generally used to hold beverages)
    • Beverage dispensers
The Little Something Extra Wedding Package (weekends) – $3,050
  • Wedding day venue access from 11 am – 11 pm (includes access to all 24+ acres of the property)
  • All three cabins the night of the event
  • Golf cart chauffeur
  • Table linens
The Simple Wedding Package (weekend) – $2,300
  • Wedding day venue access from 11 am – 11 pm
The Weekday Wedding (weekday) – $2,050
  • Wedding day venue access from 11 am – 11 pm
Hourly rentals are available for events other than weddings. Weddings can also be booked hourly if the event is three months out or less.
Hourly (weddings):
Friday at 2 pm – Sunday = $210/hour
Monday – Friday at 2 pm = $190/hour
Hourly (other events):
Friday at 2 pm – Sunday = $150/hour
Monday – Friday at 2 pm = $130/hour
All of these prices are 2022 prices – if this happens to go out before the end of 2021, I can offer our 2021 pricing. They can just call or text me at 316-777-1232 to inquire about it!


We have several parking areas and we do include a parking attendant for all events. Our lots are graveled. For guests who rent the golf cart or book one of our packages that comes with it, we will transport guests around the property as needed (usually down to the outdoor chapel for ceremonies and through the woods/property for photos).

  • Is it included in the price? Yes
  • Is there covered parking? No
  • VIP/valet parking available? No


  • Tables & Chairs: Yes, including set-up and tear-down
  • Linens: Not included in base rate, but included in other packages. They are available to rent with other packages or hourly rentals and guests are also welcome to bring their own.
  • Table Decor: No. We do have some decor that is available at no extra charge that guests are welcome to look through and use.
  • A/V Equipment: No, but guests are welcome to bring whatever they’d like. DJs and bands are both fine!
  • Kitchen Access: Guests will have full access to our kitchen with rental. It is a full-sized kitchen with a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
  • Dance Floor: Yes! There is space for a dance floor on the back patio or inside the venue.
  • Stage: Yes, there are multiple areas where a stage could be set up.
  • Wi-Fi Access: No WiFi (it’s tough to get good internet this far out) but we do have a cell phone signal booster for all carriers in the venue which helps!
  • Security: We don’t require or provide security but are happy to coordinate that for our guests who want it.

Cleanup Policy

All trash/debris cleared from the floors and all personal belongings taken out. We’ll do the rest!

Cancelation Policy

Guests can get a full refund within a month of signing their event contract. After that, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due a month before the event and if the event is cancelled within that month, no refund is given.
