A local food truck that has been around for around two years called The Twisted Kitchen is now closed. Owners posted on their social media account that they have sold the truck which is currently on a cargo ship to the Virgin Islands.
The Twisted Kitchen specialized in Tex Mex food and sold fried flour, fried corn and soft tacos, taco salads, Monterrey’s, and more. They were often found in El Dorado or certain events in Wichita.
With the truck gone, that doesn’t mean the end of the business, though.
They will still be doing caterings and selling products such as their salsa, fish fry breading, flour, seasonings, and rubs.
