There was a tragedy in Wichita over the weekend when 9-year-old Armani Saucedo was killed in a car crash on Kellogg. Police identified the child’s name and was later reported by KWCH. It was a tragedy in every sense of the world and there are community members stepping up to help.
One of them is the food truck, Big Granny’s, a BBQ truck that has been around for a little over a year.
For this entire week, they will be donating 10% of this week’s profits directly to Armani’s family.
If you’d like to find Big Granny’s out this week, here’s their current schedule:
- Tuesday 3/15: 11am-3pm @ The Truck Stop: Food Truck Park (6315 E. Kellogg)
- Thursday 3/17: 11am-130pm @ SPEEA Building (SW corner @ 47th & Oliver)
