Big things are coming for Green Olive. The Mediterranean restaurant who originally opened at 600 W. Central and since moved to 4520 E. 47th St. S. is planning for an expansion.
Following their move to south Wichita, the owners have found good success and are planning to open two more locations. They announced on their Facebook page that a Rock Road location and another store in Oklahoma is in the works.
I spoke to the owner, who could only comment on a couple of things. He noted that the new location will be in the 21st and Rock Road area, and he’s looking at 4-5 months for the second Wichita restaurant to open. He couldn’t confirm the exact address, but once I hear of one, I’ll be sure to update this particular blog.
Until then, be sure to follow their Facebook for more information, or even check out their restaurant at 4520 E. 47th Street S. They do have a buffet on Fridays and Sundays that’s worth checking out.
