Owners are ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives and with that, the business must be sold. Ice Caps Shave ice has operated a mobile trailer outside of Towne East and in 2020 expanded with a standalone kiosk building at 13th and Ridge Road.
Both the building and trailer are for sale. Included would be everything to operate both businesses, including equipment and product. They can be purchased individually or as a packaged deal.
