Be on the lookout for Shea’s Sol Kitchen. The new restaurant is celebrating their grand opening on April 9, but will also have a soft opening on Thursday, April 7 and Friday, April 8.
They are headed to the food court of Towne West Square at 4600 W. Kellogg Drive, which looks to be making a revival with additions like the sneaker boutique and the upcoming movie theater.
Shea’s Sol Kitchen’s menu will feature classic soul food dishes that are Vegan. I’m always game to try a restaurant’s different take on food, regardless of what it is, so the adventure will continue when I swing by their soft opening next week. You can expect burgers, chicken tenders, mac n’ cheese, salad, tacos, and more.
Once I get the hours of the soft opening, I’ll be sure to share those. Until then, the grand opening starts at noon on Saturday.
