The internet has gone crazy and even though April Fool’s Day is tomorrow, this doesn’t appear to be a joke. The Artichoke announced on Thursday evening, they’ve purchased a food truck.
It looks like the new truck which was wrapped by U.S. Logo has been dubbed Arti Food Truck. No word on when it will hit the streets of Wichita, but this could be a very cool addition to the growing number of food trucks in Wichita.
The moment I hear of dates for the truck, I’ll be sure to add them to ICTFoodTrucks.com, Wichita’s new resource for all things’ food trucks.
