I’ve heard this was in the works, but it’s now official. The Fusion Restaurant will be closing up shop at their current location at 1812 W. Douglas Avenue. Their last day at the Delano building will be Sunday, April 24.
Don’t fret, though, this does not mean the restaurant is closing for good. The Fusion Restaurant will be on the move. From what I’ve heard, their new location will still be in a central part of town.
The move does affect another business, though. Big B’s Beef has been operating out of The Fusion Restaurant on the weekends, serving their Chicago-style pizzas. With the closing of the Douglas location, Big B’s Beef is currently on the hunt for a new space to house their pizza oven.
When The Fusion Restaurant is ready to formally announce their new location, I’ll pass that along. Stay tuned for more.
