People have been asking about it for months, maybe even years. The time is almost here for Jersey Mike’s Subs to open their second shop in the Wichita area.
The Derby location at 1918 N. Rock Road is set to open on Wednesday, May 25. Their hours will be similar to the Wichita store at 2564 N. Greenwich, which is daily from 10 a.m.t o 9 p.m.
Once Derby opens, then all eyes are on the third location at 2616 N. Maize Road, which will be open this fall.
