Canine Stars Dog Stunt Show
They’ve been on America’s Got Talent, and now you get to see them in person. The Canine Stars Dog Stunt Show is now taking place at Exploration Place at 300 N. McLean Blvd.
If you’ve never seen them before, you’re in for a treat. The Canine Stars showcase a team of adopted rescue dogs and their trainers performing a Dog Stunt Show that is great for people of all ages. The dogs were rescued from all over the country. For instance, there was one dog who had five different homes before finding their forever home with the Canine Stars.
The show is located at the Festival Plaza at Exploration Place. There you get to watch these talented canines jump, balance, dive and soar. They perform high-dive dock diving, freestyle disc tricks, high jumping, big air stunts, agility skills, fly ball racing and more.
I took my daughter to the opening evening show and she was so excited to see “the doggies to magic tricks”. She was even more excited when I purchased a dog toy that blew bubbles.
The show lasted around 30-45 minutes. Afterwards, we were able to do a meet and greet sessions with many of the dogs.
Show tickets are just $8 for ages 12-64, $7 for ages 3-11 and 65+ and free for those 2 and under. Exploration Place members can get in for $6. Canine Stars originally opened on Thursday, June 16, but you still have all weekend to catch it.
