If you haven’t been to the new Bchic Bar & Grill at 6600 W. Central, this weekend is a great time to check it out. The new restaurant is celebrating their grand opening on Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14.
They are the only restaurant in Wichita specializing in African cuisine spanning various countries. There are also plenty of vegetarian dishes as well. We stopped by during their soft opening, and would definitely recommend this restaurant to everybody.
Open from noon to 2 a.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, you can expect to find dishes from the many regions of African. The menu has been finalized and will be posted below.
Be sure to follow their Facebook page as well for a coupon for a free appetizer with a $25 purchase. Also you can plan ahead by ordering online. They will have grab and go dishes on hand too.
It’s great to have many cuisines represented in Wichita, so I hope they can impress our local diners. On the flip side, I hope our diners can continue to show them love if they deliver on food and service.
After the grand opening, their regular hours will be Monday noon to 10 p.m., closed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday noon to 10 p.m., Friday 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday noon to 2 a.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
