First Look at Good Company Taps & Spirits

Good Company Taps & Spirits

Every barbershop deserves a place to grab a drink and relax while you wait. That’s what Fox & Ash did by creating Good Company Taps & Spirits, which is connected to them inside Revolutsia.

I dropped by to check it out. While the place is small, it’s still cozy and has a fun vibe to it.

The menu is accessible through a QR code which takes you to their website. It features LMNO Pizza which are premade (but delicious if you’ve ever had it before), empanadas from Argentina’s Empanadas, and charcuterie boards they make on site.

I started my lunch with a Peach Emoji Yeah Yeah Yeah cocktail which was tequila, mezcal, peach, lemon, and cinnamon. This was a little sweet, a bit tart and an excellent cocktail to begin my lunch.

I followed that up with some Greatness vodka on the rocks. It’s a locally owned company. Their peach cherry vodka made for a great sipper during my meal.

For my meal, I had the BBQ chicken pizza. From the looks of it, this may not appear to be a worthwhile pizza, but it is. The pizza is made in Mount Hope, KS and can be found in many establishments around Wichita.

There’s a thick crispy crunch that is reminiscent of a Gambino’s or Godfather’s. Underneath all the cheese, was plenty of BBQ sauce and chicken. It was the perfect size for a lunch outing. And coming in at $10-$12 for their pizzas, it’s not a big hit on the wallet (I was going to say checkbook, but do people even carry around checkbooks anymore?)

All in all, I loved what Good Company brought to the table. If you don’t get your haircut at Fox & Ash, don’t worry. They accept everyone. I even ran into a friend who randomly stopped by as well. Big shout out to Nathan, who was my server as well. Great times and, like the name says, good company.
