Mark your calendars for one of the best fall festivals around town: Greater Andover Days

Mark your calendars for Friday, September 30 – October 2, 2022. Greater Andover Days is the fall festival the city of Andover and surrounding area deserves after the community was affected and impacted by the tornado.

This year’s theme is Stand With Andover. Greater Andover Days will celebrate their resilience, strength and community.

All the family fun returns and more to one of the best fall festivals.

Admission to this year’s event is just $3 for a button. The price increases to $5 on the day of the event. Children 5 and under are free. You can purchase your button at the Andover Public Library, Andover Chamber of Commerce, Andover City Hall, Andover State Bank and at South Central Mental Health.

Greater Andover Days

Located at Andover Central Park at 1609 E. Central, there will be food trucks, live music, craft vendors, carnival, fireworks, a parade, golf tournament, children’s activities and so much more.

Most events are at Andover Central Park at 1607 E. Central in Andover. Other information at the City of Andover website here.

The first Greater Andover Days Festival took place in 1967 as an effort to unify the citizens of Andover through a shared festival experience. GAD (Greater Andover Days for short) is funded through community sponsors and by the money generated through the sale of buttons.

With family living in Andover, I’ve made my way over to GAD many times and have always enjoyed it and cannot wait to introduce my daughter to it.

For more information on Greater Andover Days, you can visit their website or follow the event on Facebook.
