■ Doo-Dah Diner 10th Anniversary Cajun Feast | September 20
Where: Doo-Dah Diner
From 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., they will offer a Cajun Feast featuring crawfish, étouffée, jambalaya, gumbo, and more. The all-you-can-eat buffet runs $30 a person, 15 for ages 6-10 and 75+. Reservations are encouraged by calling 316-265-7011.

1 Million Cups is a free, weekly national program designed to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs. Every Wednesday morning at 8:45 a.m., one or two early-stage startups present their companies to a diverse audience of their peers, mentors, educators, and advisors.

■ NHL Preseason Game: Arizona Coyotes vs. St. Louis Blues | September 24
Where: INTRUST Bank Arena
G1 Sports & Entertainment announced that Wichita will host an NHL Preseason Game on September 24, 2022. The Arizona Coyotes and St. Louis Blues will face off at INTRUST Bank Arena in the first-ever NHL game in the city of Wichita.

■ Prairieland Beer & Music Festival | September 24
Where: Hyde Park
After a 2 year hiatus, Prairieland is BACK! ~Hosted by the Kansas Craft Brewers Guild~ Come enjoy unlimited samples of 100+ beers with 40+ breweries from Kansas and beyond, featuring LIVE music throughout the festival. This year the festival will be held under the shade of old growth trees in Hyde Park.

■ Frontiers in Flight: McConnell Air Force Base Open House & Air Show | September 24
Where: McConnell Air Force Base
McConnell Air Force Base is opening its gates to the public during the Frontiers in Flight Open House and Airshow, September 24-25, 2022! Come and see how Team McConnell contributes to the Air Capital of the World as the true Home of Air Refueling. The base will be open to the public and the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds are scheduled to perform. Admission is completely FREE to the public!

■ Wild West Days | September 24-25
Where: Old Cowtown Museum
The largest gathering of old west historical reenactors in the region! Come see historical legends doing presentations, gunfights, saloon girls, gambling, vendor shopping, beer garden, and more! This is a fundraiser for Historic Wichita Cowtown, Inc., the non-profit that helps to support Old Cowtown Museum!

■ 12th Annual Concert in the Country | September 24
Where: Wichita Union Stockyards
The largest fundraiser for Wichita non-profit Coming Together for a Cure, which helps people with Muscular Dystrophy and other rare diseases access stem cell therapy. Attendees will enjoy: Live music, food trucks, yard games, dance floor, full bar, a silent auction, and a raffle.

■ ICT Block Party | September 24
Where: Naftzger Park
Join us as we bring you all back the days when a party outside was the best vibe!!!

■ Old Town Farm and Art Market | September 24

■ Tunes & Blooms | September 24
Where: Botanica
Join us at our Tunes & Blooms event on the Grand Lawn on September 24th from 6-11pm! Gates open at 5:30pm. Participate in the fun run, and enjoy a cornhole competition, kids cooking competition, photo opportunities with the Midian Cartoons and Krazy Klowns, special guests, live music from Paramount and more! Bring your own chair or blanket. Food and alcohol will be available for purchase.

■ Artichoke’s 40th Annual Fish Fry! | September 24

The Artichoke’s 40th Annual Fish Fry is on! At 5 p.m. we’ll be serving up our delicious fish dinner, and music from BFE will start at 6 p.m.

■ Beer and Wine Festival with BBQ Smoke Off | September 24
Where: Mulvane Sports Complex
Join us for a fun filled Saturday. We will be having a smoke off with prizes for best red meat best white meat ,best BBQ sauce, best side dish, and Patty`s Favorite. General entry tickets include beer and wine tasting, cornhole open play, and live music.

The IMA Foundation is gearing up for its annual fundraising event, “Wichita Pickle Jam,” at Chicken N Pickle to benefit Wichita Children’s Home and other local non-profit organizations. On September 29th, they’ll host an unforgettable day of doubles pickleball. Teams and attendees will enjoy food, drinks, live music, and an intense pickleball competition! Pickle Jam will also feature a recreational cornhole tournament.

■ Greater Andover Days | September 30-October 2
Where: Andover, KS
Resilience. Strength. Community. Three words the Andover community has been no stranger to over the last few months. In April, many members of the Andover community were affected and impacted by the tornado. Neighbors and surrounding communities continued to stand together with Andover. We cannot wait to come together to celebrate all the community has done over the last several months at the Greater Andover Days this fall.
