A third Road Runner Mexican Food has opened. Located at 123 S Baltimore Ave. in Derby, it’s the space that was most recently occupied by a second Krispy’s Fried Chicken & Seafood location.
The Mexican restaurant started out as a food truck that parked at 53rd and Meridian. That has since closed, with no word on whether they will relocate. Their first brick & mortar location opened at 5255 N. Maize Road followed by a second one at 2420 S. Oliver.
This should be a welcome addition to the Derby area, that doesn’t have many Mexican restaurants that are a quick-service offering like what Road Runner brings to the table.
