Let’s Go Build
The city’s first dedicated Lego store, Let’s Go Build, is now open at 2684 N Greenwich Suite 500 which is next to Freezing Moo, Verizon and Alberto’s Cafe and across from Old Navy at Greenwich Place.
The authorized Lego reseller will also buy and sell used pieces, kits, and mini-figures. One of the most considerable differences between Let’s Go Build and the traditional Lego stores is customers can buy individual mini-figures and bricks, which are on display throughout the store. They’ll also be able to trade in older kits or random pieces for cash or store credit.
It’s truly all things Lego inside the store, there’s even Lego merchandise such as pencils, erasers, and storage boxes. Many of the kits found at Let’s Go Build can’t be found anywhere else in town.
Inside the 2,400 square foot space is a room for birthday parties, STEM classes and stop-motion video classes.
We dropped by and they had a section where you could build your own mini-figures, which my daughter loved.
Let’s Go Build also has memberships that offer perks such as discounts, special club activities and freebies once a month.
Stay tuned for our first look inside the new store when it opens. Until then,
