We’re back with Pumpkins at the Park!🎃 That’s right – Pumpkins at the Park, Wichita’s largest Halloween event, returns this year for a spooky good time for the entire family EVERY Saturday in October from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Come celebrate the fall season and get into the Halloween spirit with us. With five nights of fun, you’ll have more days to fit into your busy schedule! 1 Million Cups is a free, weekly national program designed to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs. Every Wednesday morning at 8:45 a.m., one or two early-stage startups present their companies to a diverse audience of their peers, mentors, educators, and advisors.
■ Holiday Galleria | October 6-9

Holiday Galleria: A Day of Shopping, A Year of Giving is Junior League of Wichita’s annual upscale shopping event featuring more than 120 regional and national merchants. The 18th annual Holiday Galleria is scheduled for October 6-8, 2022 at Century II Expo Hall in downtown Wichita, Kansas. The objective of Holiday Galleria is to raise funds to fulfill Junior League of Wichita’s goal of building a better community. We would like to thank the sponsors, both past and present, who helped us to raise net proceeds of more than $1.6 million in our first 16 years.

The Envision Arts Gallery & Community Engagement Center is proud to welcome Envision Arts participant Patrick McCowan in his solo exhibition titled [AU][TUHM]. Experience Patrick’s exhibition inspired by his favorite season Autumn. Patrick has dedicated his studio practice at Envision Arts to exploring two-dimensional spatial relationships using stickers of all varieties, while pushing three-dimensional boundaries as he layers, stacks, and creates different forms on paper, found objects, and more.

Join us for a Taco Pop-Up with Chef Tom as part of the Fall Sleeping Bag Fundraiser to raise money for ShowerUp, a non-profit organization that serves those experiencing homelessness with mobile shower units. Chef Tom will cook up two kinds of tacos, Pork al Pastor and Birria Quesatacos, from 12 pm to 2 pm. $7 per taco goes straight to ShowerUp. OR bring a new sleeping bag in exchange for tacos!
