Spooky season continues in full force with the return of the iconic McDonald’s Halloween Happy Meal Pails.
After rumors circulated earlier this month, things were confirmed and the pails made their way back nationally on Tuesday, Oct. 18.
The Halloween buckets, which first came on the scene in 1986, are back for a limited time. Only three buckets will be made available, McBoo, McPunk’n and McGoblin.
It looks as though the first one released was McBoo.
One thing to note about this version of the buckets is they don’t have a lid. When you pick one up, the reusable, collectible pail comes with a cardboard top that includes stickers.
We picked up the first bucket and my daughter instantly ran to put her Paw Patrol toys in the bucket.
Pro-Tip: Use the McDonald’s app so you can get any Happy Meal for $2.99.
We’ll be back to get the other two.
