On top of the previously reported Sesame Mediterranean Kitchen opening on Wednesday, March 1 and Two Hands Korean Hot Dogs coming in the middle of the year to Wichita State’s Braeburn Square, there’s another restaurant on the way. Wichita State announced in a press release that Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening their fourth Wichita area restaurant at Braeburn Square, which could be turning into quite the hotbed for dining.
Jersey Mike’s already has three locations at 2564 N. Greenwich Road, 2616 N. Maize Road and their store in Derby at 1918 N. Rock Road.
It’ll be quick growth for the chain that arrived in September 2019 and will have their fourth location by this summer.
They are anticipating a May opening, but like any restaurant in the works, I would take that timeframe with a grain of salt. Until then, you can visit one of their three other locations.
