One of the more popular boba shops is opening a second location. Fenga Cha, located at 8007 E. Kellogg inside Eastgate Plaza, is preparing to open their second store this spring.
Feng Cha is headed to 2564 N Greenwich Rd in the former Eat Fit Go space. It’s the same strip center that houses Crumbl Cookies, Jersey Mikes and Hot Worx.
The boba shop specializes in dessert and a vast collection of drinks such as boba staples like dirty boba, a selection of brewed teas, and fruit tea creations.
The chain that started in China arrived in Wichita in 2022. Their opening here in town was wildly successful with long lines. Since then, they’ve become a part of the community. They’ve held pop-ups at local events such as the Asian Night Market and the Wichita Asian Festival.
Word is the new location will be open in either March or April.
West siders wanting their fix of Feng Cha should know that they are looking to expand west.
