Take in one or more of the traditional, raucous, or family-friendly Fat Tuesday events or Mardi Gras parties taking place all over town. Pile on the beads as Mardi Gras festivities level up this year with parties and food feasts.

Fat Tuesday Events for February 21
Blue Moon Caterers at Villa Luna – A Red Beans Bayou Grill Memorial

Celebrate Fat Tuesday with Blue Moon Caterers by bringing back all of your Red Beans Favorites for a night! All you can eat buffet with all the Cajun Classics just like you remember! We’ll have oysters, Hurricaines and Gator-Aide at the bar, and for the bravest of all – OYSTER SHOTS! $30 for Adults, $15 for ages 4-15, free for kids under 4. We’ve got the BEST FAT TUESDY party in all of Wichita and this year it just got a whole LOT better! Doo-Dah Diner – 10th Annual Fat Tuesday Cajun Feast

River City Brewing Company – Fat Tuesday Crawfish & Shrimp Boil
Where: 150 N. Mosley
Time: 5pm – 9pm
Let The Good Times Roll or as they say in New Orleans…Laissez les bons temps rouler The order is placed with for a few hundred pounds of fresh live crawfish and we are pumped….This is a great event and has sold out every year we have done it.
Beer, crawfish, shrimp and good times. If you know you know, if you don’t you need to make plans to be here. Grab a Hurricane Inspired Gose brewed with passion fruit, orange and cherry, and get ready to dive into a delicious crawfish boil.
We will be doing things a little different this year. You can order the boil which consist of – red skin potatoes, corn, andouille sausage, cup of gumbo then you tell us how many pounds of crawfish and shrimp you want. Crawfish and shrimp will be cooked together but will be mostly crawfish. Or you can get just a bowl of Gumbo And you are going to want to order a few BBQ oysters.

Leather Mardi Gras Mask 2-Day Workshop. Celebrate Mardi Gras this year with your own uniquely designed leather mask! Learn some of the basics of leathercraft, cutting, and paint a beautiful mask that is a creation of your own. All supplies included. Ages 16+
