After six years at 1812 W. Douglas, The Fusion Restaurant closed their doors in 2022 in hopes of finding a new space.
They found one in the building that used to house Magic Wok at 9506 W. Central. The strip center was completely gutted and split up to hold other businesses. One of those is The Fusion Restaurant, who will celebrate their grand opening this weekend.
With the change, the breakfast and lunch restaurant will also be open for dinner on the weekends.
Their hours will be Friday 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 pm to 8pm, Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday when they bring back their Sunday brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On Saturday, March 4, they will hold a Meatball Mania Eating Challenge. The details?
So, you think you can eat? We triple dog dare you to sign up for Meatball Mania! You have 30 minutes to consume a 2 lb meatball and a heaping pile of pasta, covered in marinara sauce and accompanied by garlic bread. Finish in the allotted time, and receive Fusion breakfast for a year! You can sign up here
Only ten slots are available for the challenge, which starts at 3 p.m.
