No School? No Problem! Don’t stress about those in-service days. Kids Konnection is a great camp filled with a variety of activities including sports, games, contests, arts & crafts, and special events. This camp is licensed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) and open to children ages 6-12 in a 1:15 staff to child ratio setting.

Great Plains Nature Center | March 13-17
What: Buggin’ Out
Where: 6232 E. 29th St.
Each day you can join us for a different insect-themed program (10am), followed by a Naturalist-guided hike (11am), and catch a craft afterward (10am-1pm). Each day will have it’s own theme!
Kansas Aviation Museum | March 17
What: Little Aviators
Where: 3350 South George Washington Blvd.
Little Aviators is a come-and-go program every Friday morning at the Kansas Aviation Museum for children ages 1-12 between the hours of 10 am and noon. You and your child will have access to the entire museum (including the Boeing: Science, Math, and History Center & Lattner Learning Hanger) as well as the ramp outside! During the summer, we will try to have our FedEx 727 opened from 10-noon. Please note the plane opening is weather-dependent as well as docent availability.
Musuem of World Treasures | March 13-17

What: School Day Our Programs for Students K-5
The Greater Wichita YMCA’s School Day Out and Break Club programs are staffed by the Y and held at select area elementary schools and/or our area branch locations. The programs provide full-day programs for kids, from kindergarten through fifth grade, to enjoy during scheduled school closures, whether it’s just one-day or an entire week.
