■ Open Streets ICT: WSU & Shocker Neighborhood | April 16
Where:
 17th Street from Oliver to Grove
Join us this Spring for Open Streets ICT – WSU in Shocker Neighborhood! This FREE neighborhood community-building event will take place along 17th Street, just south of Wichita State University and will host a full day of physical activity, food trucks, music and fun! ​Two miles of 17th Street will be closed to traffic from Oliver to Grove and open for biking, walking, running, food, and more! There will be a route south on Yale connecting you to Fairmount Park and a route north on Volutsia connecting you to Atwater Neighborhood Resource Center where additional activities are being held. Cruise along the along the 2-mile stretch on 17th Street and stop at participating shops, businesses and food vendors along the route.

Shady Oaks Assisted Living is a comforting and holistic residency for a colorful cast of senior citizens, but when a string of nurses are found dead, all of whom claimed to have seen a shadow haunting the halls, the residents are left alone and must uncover what happened before the killer strikes again. Will you check in to Shady Oaks and solve the crime before time runs out? Dinner and prizes provided. Registration required and opens on March 20 at 9 a.m.
