The Great Plains Nature Center is inviting the community to take part in their annual Spring Work Day on Saturday morning, April 22nd from 9am-11am. Lunch (hot dogs and chips and a drink) will be served at 11am and is limited to the first 50 volunteers to sign up. Please contact Darah at volunteer@gpnc.org to sign up for a project. Projects will include weeding the native garden, trail cleanup, brush removal, and other outdoor maintenance work. Work will begin promptly after a quick orientation in the GPNC lobby at 9am.
