Wichita Mobile Detailing

The past year has been tough on our cars. Between picking up landscaping materials, food blogging from a car, moving, lugging golf clubs around, pets, and all the chaos a toddler brings to a vehicle, we were in dire need of getting our cars detailed. But between jobs, blogging, kids sports and life, it’s hard to find time to drop your car off for a couple of hours. That’s when we came across Wichita Mobile Detailing.

They are a locally owned auto-detail service that comes to you. The owner has been in the business for years and just started doing the mobile side within the past year. Everything is on the go and they can meet you at your house, place of employment, I’m told, they’ve even met people in a store parking lot.

We both needed our cars detailed and set an appointment, which you can do on their website or by calling 316-371-4126, for a weekday morning when we were working from home. They came out on time and got straight to work.

They did both the interior and exterior. I snapped a couple of pictures, but didn’t want to bother them too much or get in their way.

I did manage to take some pictures of the chaos before and the after. Don’t judge me…

Trust me, the before picture can sometimes look worse. Often times there’s cookie crumbs or toys scattered on the ground. It’s embarrassing.

It’s hard to get a glimpse of the dog hair, but there was enough to warrant a detail.

We were both incredibly pleased with the work. I, for one, felt like I was stepping into a used car off the lot. It felt great to finally have an entirely clean car, until the moment I had to pick up my daughter. The team at Wichita Mobile Detailing did a fantastic job. I immediately told my friends after they left.

Between the convenience and quality of work, I’m not sure if I’ll ever go to a place again. The pricing, which can be found here, was great too.
