Move over Book-It, The Popcorner has its own summer reading program

The Popcorner Summer Reading Program

Anybody remember Pizza Hut’s reading program called Book-It? Well, The Popcorner has their own summer reading program that has just rolled out.

Introducing The Popcorner Summer Book Club. This came out of the pandemic year of 2020 as a way to keep students busy and give them something to do or look forward to in the summer while also working towards a goal.

If you stop by The Popcorner at one of their two locations, 11330 E Central Ave or 2121 N Tyler Rd., they will have book club forms available. These can be picked up by families starting May 15. Students are encouraged to personally read 10 books and then bring in the completed book club form to redeem their free Hot & Fresh To-Go bag from warmers. Flavor options include our Old Time Caramel, Savory Cheddar, Kettle Corn, and Gourmet Buttered.

They can do the program as many times as they want through August 22nd.
