They closed back in the fall of 2022 but it appears Ray’s Food Express is returning.
Ray’s was last opened as a brick & mortar space at 1542 E. 61st. N in Park City. The restaurant closed in October 2022 and before that, Ray’s originally began as a food truck.
The BBQ spot will be returning to their original ways, and bringing back the food truck.
Soon, Ray’s will be reopening at the Phillips 66 in Park City beside the old KFC at 6115 N Air Cap Dr., according to their Facebook page.
No official opening date, but when they do, expect a revisited review. Stay tuned for more.
