Help raise money for mental health services at HopeNet Wichita’s 3rd Annual Rally for Hope

Rally for Hope Net

Find a partner, come play some pickleball and help raise money for HopeNet Wichita, Inc. at the 3rd Annual Rally For Hope Pickleball Tournament and Fundraiser.

The event takes place Saturday, July 29 from 9 a.m. to noon at Chicken N Pickle.

The fundraiser will go to support HopeNet Wichita, a leading advocate for mental health services, awareness and support, aimed at raising funds to advance its vital mental health initiatives.

Rally For Hope promises to bring together pickleball enthusiasts and mental health advocates for a day of friendly competition and community support.

Pickleball, a rapidly growing sport known for its inclusivity and accessibility, provides an excellent platform for fostering physical and mental well-being. HopeNet recognizes the positive
impact that physical activity can have on mental health and aims to harness the power of this sport to promote mental wellness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.
The tournament will welcome players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pickleball enthusiasts, creating an environment that encourages inclusivity and friendly
competition. Participants will have the opportunity to compete as doubles teams, allowing them to showcase their skills and connect with fellow players who share a passion for both pickleball
and mental health advocacy.

In addition to the exciting matches, the event will feature activities designed to engage attendees and raise awareness about mental health. These activities include a mental health
resource booth, a photo booth by Lamphouse Photo Co., guest speakers sharing stories of hope and opportunities to learn more about the important work being done by HopeNet in the
Wichita community.

Registration for the tournament is now open. Interested participants can sign up through the HopeNet Wichita’s website at hopenetwichita.org/events. Opportunities for sponsorship are also
available. Interested parties may contact HopeNet’s Development Assistant, Stephanie Intagliata at: sintagliata@hopenetwichita.org.
