Los Cabos Cantina & Grill quietly closed down earlier this month. New owners have taken over the space at 3827 W. 13th St. and are almost ready to open La Sufrida Mexican Grill.
I’m told the grand opening will take place on Monday, July 17, but readers can follow La Sufrida Mexican Grill on Facebook for the exact date and time.
The menu which they’ve asked me to hold off on sharing will feature many favorites like traditional platters, seafood, tacos, enchiladas and more.
Two cool things they hope to lure diners in with that add to the experience include fresh table side guacamole along with drinks made right at your table with the guacamole. They didn’t get into specifics on what all that would entail but it could be a pretty cool aspect as you enjoy your dinner. I’ll definitely be giving that a try.
