A Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Stop, will take over former Sharon’s Place in Derby

Sharon's Place

I literally just had this discussion this week about the lack of Asian cuisine in Derby, mainly Vietnamese. Happy to announce, Pho Stop, will be taking over the former Sharon’s Place space at 141 E. Kay.

The owner of the strip, Brant Dumford, made the announcement this morning.

Sydney Le has signed the lease and is ready to open up Pho Stop, which should be a great addition to the growing city of Derby. Le and her restaurant will specialize in Pho, Spring rolls, and Banh Mi.

No timetable on when it will open, but we will be sure to pass along more info as it becomes available.
