We are excited to announce our first annual Wichita One Life Spirits Cocktail Competition! All mixologists who are invited to participate are to submit a cocktail menu made up of 4 cocktails by the required due date more details on entry at https://www.onelifespirits.com/pages/one-life-spirits-cocktail-competition. Judges will select 10 finalists to compete in 1 Public Round showcasing their Batched Cocktail and 3 elimination rounds showcasing a Brunch, Dinner, and Dessert cocktail (see “Live Competition”). All 10 finalists will be given a station (table provided) in the main room at Odd Fellow to showcase their Batch Cocktail during the event. Guests will have the opportunity to try all 10 Batched Cocktails and vote for their favorite for the People’s Choice Award.

This presentation takes you along for the storm chase and inside the tornado in the armored Dominator vehicles. Dr. Reed Timmer discusses the science behind the most extreme tornado intercepts over the last 25 years of storm chasing in Tornado Alley. Dr. Timmer shares the story and the data collected behind the first ever rocket launched into a tornado from the Dominator 3 into the Linwood, KS EF4 tornado in 2019, and also the legendary drone intercept of the Andover, KS tornado on April 29, 2022. The Dominator 3, as featured in the hit series Storm Chasers on Discovery Channel, will also be on hand for personalized vehicle tours. Come dominate the Storm with nationally known storm chaser Reed Timmer as he shares stories of his most extreme tornado intercepts.
