Join all the summer fun on August 26 on the Heartspring campus for our FUNdraising festival jam-packed with activities for even your pickiest friend or family member. We’ve taken two great events– the FREE Autism CARE Walk and PedalFest bike rides–and put them together on the same day. We also threw in fun family activities, music, food trucks, and plenty of other summer activities. It’s like your neighborhood block party but even better and without that suspect casserole dish.

The 9-day Lao Festival takes place at the Lao Buddhist Temple. There you’ll find one of the biggest cultural festivals in town with 60+ vendors selling Asian food, gifts and apparel, there’s live music and performances. Admission is free.

Maker Faire is a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker Movement. It’s a place where people show what they are making, and share what they are learning. Makers range from tech enthusiasts to crafters to homesteaders to scientists to garage tinkerers. They are of all ages and backgrounds. The aim of Maker Faire is to entertain, inform, connect and grow the maker community.
