Generations Antiques & Artisans

I love walking into thrift shops, second-hand stores, flea markets, or even antique shops. You never know what treasures you’ll find. I think a lot of it has to do with going to them with either my mother, aunt, or grandmother years ago. One, I came across recently was Generations Antiques & Artisans located at 767 N. West St.

I’ve been by before because there were food trucks parked out front, but this was my first time walking into the store.

There’s a lot to explore inside Generations.

Through the many aisles and sections, you’ll find re-purposed, up-cycled, and whimsical treasures.

While much of Generations is an antique shop, they also carry locally made items, Wichita swag, and unique handcrafted gifts.

It was a cool little spot. In the past year, I’ve been collecting old sports memorabilia, vintage games and sometimes toys for my daughter, nieces and nephews, or friends kids. There was definitely no shortage of vintage toys on display and even some old classic comic books.
