Wichita Flea Market

What treasures will you find at The Wichita Flea Market? That’s the question I as myself, anytime I attend any sort of flea market event and then get giddy at the thought of it.

If you’ve never heard of it, The Wichita Flea Market is a monthly event held over a span of two days. The venue changes from time to time. Sometimes it’s at Riverfront Stadium, South YMCA, Kansas Star Casino or most recently at the Wichita Sports Forum where I stopped by.

It’s a ticketed event that cost $3 to get in while kids 12 and under are free.

Around 200 booths fill out the space.

There you’ll find antiques, comics, toys, artwork, clothing, crafts, food, and other vintage items.

I love browsing through the vendors. There’s a lot of cool knick-knacks and nostalgia to be found.

Some of the vendors you’ll find at every Wichita Flea Market, while others are new ones.

The hours for the Wichita Flea Market are typically from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
