A new mixed-use project in Andover with luxury apartments and commercial spaces called The Heritage at Andover announced their first four tenants.
Andover’s first QuikTrip will lead the charge for the new development. The closest QuikTrip’s to Andover are currently on east Kellogg and east 21st street, right on the outer edges of Wichita. It’s a big get for Andover who will up their gasoline station game with the new QT.
Also coming to The Heritage at Andover in the food and drink department are Dutch Bros. and Livingston’s Cafe.
Dutch Bros. has had a major expansion into the Wichita market in the past year, and more locations are expected to open in the future. The coffee scene in Andover, though, is about to get more competition with not just Dutch Bros., but the upcoming Starbucks.
As for Livingston’s Cafe, no word on whether this will be a second location or if they’ll move from the original location at 4733 E. Douglas.
To round out the announcement, Flint Hills Dental Group will also be opening at The Heritage at Andover.
The Heritage at Andover is located off US-54, east of Andover Road, almost across the street from the Andover YMCA. No timetable has been given on the opening of the new tenants.
