Insomnia Cookies has set a date for their grand opening, which will be Friday, Sept. 29 and Saturday, Sept. 30.
Insomnia Cookies will open doors inside the Wichita Union Station kiosks at 701 E. Douglas, where they will occupy all four spots.
During the grand opening, attendees are invited to kick things off with the ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29. The all-day grand opening will include free cookies, games, and giveaways throughout the entire day and late into the night. When I say late into the night, I mean 3 a.m.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. for Insomnia Cookies, which truly supports the name of insomnia.
To make things even sweeter, Insomnia Cookies will be donating 15% of the in-store sales from the full day to the Kansas Food Bank to help celebrate Hunger Action Month and feed food insecure neighbors.
Insomnia Cookies offers in-store, pickup, and delivery options for customers to experience the company’s warm cookies. From the classic Chocolate Chunk cookie to favorites like Snickerdoodle and Confetti Deluxe, including vegan options, Insomnia offers a rotating menu, brownies, blondies, ice cream and brookies.
If you love a good deal, Insomnia Cookies offers an option called CookieMagic. It’s a monthly membership that is $9.99 a month and offers free delivery along with a free cookie daily. The membership could prove to be a big seller.
