First Look at Cofellow Coffee Parlor in Goddard, KS

Cofellow Coffee Parlor

Earlier this year, a coffee shop opened in Goddard at the former JoJo’s Coffeehouse space at 107 N. Main Street. I missed out on the opening but have had multiple people reach out asking if I’d be willing to stop by and visit Cofellow Coffee Parlor. It was cool to see so many people reaching out to support this coffee shop, so I had to stop by.

I usually have to put this disclaimer in on my coffee visits. While I’m not an avid coffee drinker, I still wanted to stop by, show some support and help get the word on this locally owned business out to the public. Even though, coffee isn’t in my wheelhouse, using the platform of my blog to help spread the word, I’m sure can help.

There’s plenty of seating available inside Cofellow Coffee Parlor. A patio with a few tables and chairs were also accessible right in front of the coffee shop.

While perusing through the menu, I had no idea what to order. But since I grew up watching wrestling, I was familiar with the term “luchador” and went with the drink named just that. It was chocolate, Mexican espresso, cinnamon, and cayenne. I saw a limited selection of pastries and went with the banana nut muffin.

Like I said, I don’t know the first thing about anything coffee related, but my Luchador was pretty tasty. And my muffin was great as well. My drink was reminiscent of some of the warm chocolate drinks served at food trucks in the winter. It was smooth and warm going down.

After I received my drink, more customers began to pour in. It seemed to be a little cool spot for groups to hang out at and start their day.

There’s a huge fan base of coffee lovers all around town, so be sure to add Cofellow Coffee Parlor to your list if you love a good coffee adventure.

Here’s their menu.
