Occasions by Dress Gallery

Some people may be familiar with Occasions By DG (for short) as they are the sister store to the longtime Dress Gallery Shop in Delano, even though both stores are separately owned. They are still known to work closely together.

Occasions by Dress Gallery carries dresses for prom, homecoming, bridesmaid, evening wear, pageants, weddings, and so much more.

There’s truly a lot to take in when you visit the store. It’s aisles and aisles of dresses. I really need to mentally prepare myself for the day my daughter is ready to buy her first dress.

A nice part about Occasions by Dress Gallery is appointments are not needed. They have plenty of staff ready to help everyone out. It was packed when I stopped by, and they may have had as much help as they did customers.

Price range for Occasions: Prom: $300-$1000, Homecoming $80-$350, evening wear/mothers $200-$600, all bridesmaids are $159 and our XO collection, which is a collection of formal dresses price range between $159-$200). Occasions by Dress Gallery also carries premium designers including Sheri Hill, Portia & Scarlett and Ellie Wilde.

The formal dresses in stock are for women ages 13 & up.

While Occasions by Dress Gallery opened in September 2023. The owner has been in the business since 2008.
