Hey Buddy brings you another show you’re not going to want to miss! As always, it’s killer lineup, composed of touring acts and locals. This month, we have Jamie Campbell, with over 30 years of comedy under his belt and a list of credits longer than we have room to type. Making his return to Wichita, and his Hey Buddy debut, we have Aaron McPherson, now crushing in Austin, but kind enough to come share our humble stage. Rounding up the lineup, is local, Chop Reynolds, with his second Hey Buddy performance. As always, your host is the very tall, very awkward, Ronnie Glenn Williams.

■ WAM Night – Asian Perspectives | May 10
Where: Wichita Art Museum
FREE >> Celebrate Asian American Pacific Heritage (AAPI) Month celebrations with Asian creatives in our community during this program presented in partnership with Wichita Asian Association. The program will begin with a tai chi performance with Michael Xie, followed by a panel discussion with local creatives moderated by Sonalli Kurlekar, President of the Wichita Asian Association. Panelists include cellist Kylie Brown, dance artist Mina Estrada, and film producer Lela Meadow-Conner.

■ Madame Mae’s Horror Frights present Halloween | May 10

Come join Madam Mae for this viewing of the 1978 Halloween. Different movie every other Friday night! Fifteen years after murdering his sister on Halloween Night 1963, Michael Myers escapes from a mental hospital and returns to the small town of Haddonfield, Illinois to kill again.

GROW will be offering special DIY projects for the entire Mother’s Day weekend. The plant bar projects will range from mosaic pot making to succulent heart wreaths. Yahya Aura is going to have a new clothing drop & some special sales that will have y’all screamin with excitement!

This Spring, Emo Orchestra welcomes ESCAPE THE FATE as the featured guest. The set list includes four songs from the featured artist’s catalog in addition to 13-15 other hits from the genre.
