The first of what could be multiple Paris Banh Mi locations opens this Saturday

Paris Banh Mi

If you love a Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, you’ll be happy to hear that there will soon be more places to get them at. The first of at least two Paris Banh Mi restaurants is set to open this Saturday, May 4.

The latest restaurant to open in Wichita will take over the former West Street Burgers space at 2560 S. Seneca.

There is a grand opening celebration set for 11 a.m. on May 4, that includes a captivating lion dance from the All Saints Lion and Dragon Dance Team.

While the specialty is Vietnamese sandwiches, Wichita can expect other items such as pho, Korean hot dogs, pastries, macaroons, boba and more.

If you’ve never been to Paris Banh Mi before, it is a national chain with roughly 22 locations around the country.

A second location is also expected to open in late May at 2350 N. Greenwich Road by different owners.

Be on the lookout for our first look at Paris Bahn Mi in the coming week.

Until then, you can follow Paris Banh Mi Wichita Southwest on Facebook
