After two and a half years in the food truck game, Conchita’s Mexican Food Truck has decided to end operations.
They made the announcement earlier this week on Facebook.
Conchitas started in 2022 and served street tacos, jumbo burritos, nachos, quesadillas, asada fries, sopes, gorditas, elote, and more. They were typically parked in east Wichita.
No reason was given for the closure.
The owners are now looking to sell their truck which has permits and inspections. It’s a 2002 Workhorse P24 with automatic transmission priced at $39,500. Those interested can call 316-518-7633.
