Well here’s some sad news to end the day. The Korean food truck, Bibimbap n’ Go has decided to close their truck permanently.
In speaking to them a few months ago, they knew the day was coming but decided to finally make it official earlier today with the following Facebook post.
It’s a tough loss for the food truck community as they served some delicious food. The truck opened in April of 2018 and had a great short run. They’ll definitely be missed.
