The restaurant and bar, where the victim of Tuesday’s shooting at Enigma nightclub in Old Town worked as a bar manager, is hosting a celebration and benefit for Preston Spencer.
Spencer was a well-known bartender in Wichita’s food community and Twelve Restaurant & Bar where he worked at is doing everything they can for Spencer’s family. Tickets to the fundraiser can be purchased here with all proceeds going to Spencer’s wife and two young children he left behind.
The event takes place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. There will be burgers, brats & hotdogs, as well as raffles & a silent auction as people gather and share how tremendously blessed they all were to know Spencer.
If you cannot make the event, Twelve also has a spot on their online ordering system to purchase a drink for Spencer. While there will be no physical exchange of drinks, any money from those purchases will go directly to the Spencer family.
And lastly, there is a GoFundMe page which was started for his family.
