After two years, owner, Rodrigo Ciriaco, is ready to go all-in with Brazita Bites. Ciriaco left his corporate job to put his focus into the food truck, as he felt his food has a lot to offer to the Wichita community.
He said diners can expect an improvement in quality and flavor. On top of that, there will be many new flavors added to the menu over the course of the year.
For instance, if you love empanadas, you should try the Brazilian version called pastels. It’s a fast-food dish, consisting of half-circle or rectangle-shaped thin crust pies with assorted fillings, and fried in vegetable oil.
Another new addition will be unveiled this weekend at Central Standard Brewing (on Friday and Saturday from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.) is Hot Dog Bites.
New flavor announcements will be made on their social media channels and website. Our next flavors will be disclosed in our social media and website.
A party menu has also been released to those looking for catering. This will allow customers to pre-order up to 100 coxinhas at 65-cents per coxinha. The deal, though, won’t be available when their food truck is out and about. Party menu orders can be placed through their website.
Exciting times are ahead for one of the more unique food trucks in Wichita. Be sure to follow Brazita Bites on Facebook to see where they’ll be at.
In the meantime, here’s their deals and new party menu:
Happy Dining,
Eddy
