The popular vegan restaurant, Shea’s Sol Kitchen, has decided to leave Towne West Square, where they’ve been operating out of since April in the food court.
They celebrated their last days over the weekend and now prepare for the next chapter in their business.
The announcement was on Thursday, when they cited many structural issues with their location that prevented them from opening on a consistent basis.
I’ve been to Shea’s Sol Kitchen a couple of times and loved their vegan takes on classic soul food dishes. Hopefully they can bounce back sooner than later.
