Stratton’s Stump Grinding

Last week, I needed someone to grind a few tree stumps and I was referred to Stratton’s Stump Grinding.

It’s run by a local person named Matt Stratton who has been in the stump grinding business for years. I didn’t bother looking at reviews, references, or anything. This was all done by word of mouth by someone I trusted.

One afternoon, Stratton came over to my house, looked at the stumps and gave me a quote. We set a date for him to come out a couple of days later. As expected, he was punctual and communicated with me over text to let me know exactly when he’d be out.

With all the rain we had received over the week, Stratton was careful and thorough to avoid damaging the yard. After a few hours, he had the stumps gone and cleaned up the mess.

What’s even better is a few days later, we noticed a big root that was tucked away underneath some pots we had forgotten about. Stratton came back out and removed it within 24 hours.

During our initial conversation, he mentioned that he always went above and beyond to make sure his clients were satisfied. That was definitely true. I immediately messaged my friends about Stratton’s Stump Grinding, left a review on Google, and made sure to get this blog out.
