Indoor Pickleball Hub, TapNPaddles, coming to northeast Wichita this year

One of the fastest growing sports in Wichita is about to get bigger with TapNPaddles.

The newly formed pickleball concept broke ground today on a 35,000 square foot facility, scheduled to open in mid-2024 in the District 96 business park at K96 and Oliver.

TapNPaddles was creative by native Kansans and pickleball enthusiasts. The project will take place in phases and during phase 1, the Wichita location will include 12 professional-level indoor pickleball courts, a full-service bar and restaurant, pro shop, member locker rooms, a 1,000 square foot indoor event space and a large covered outdoor patio.

Open to the public, TapNPaddles welcomes visitors who want to join in on regularly scheduled pickleball programs or reserve courts for private play.  There will also be a TapNPaddles’ training academy, which will provide a structured curriculum for those looking to level up their game.

TapNPaddles will also offer membership options that combine skill-based pickleball programming with other perks including merchandise discounts, tournaments, and member-only access to men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Here are some site plans for TapNPaddles.
