Buster’s Burger Joint voted Wichita’s Most Liked Burger

WICHITA'S MOST LIKED BURGER

Buster’s Burger Joint, over the past month, outlasted 31 other restaurants in Wichita to win Wichita’s Most Liked Burger.

It was a tournament held on our Facebook page for the past handful of weeks. People were tasked with voting on individual matchups until there was a sole winner.

There were many close matchups throughout the tournament, but for Buster’s Burger Joint, they cruised through it with big numbers and easy victories. Even when matched up against many big names, their massive following showed up.

To those of you who have been able to just take a step back and enjoy the tournament for what it was, thank you. I hope you’ve been able to have some fun, the banter about restaurants, discovering new places you may not have heard of and clicking on random pictures for the last month and a half.

While we all know any social media poll is a big popularity contest, many were able to take a step back and enjoy the fun of it.

Kudos to Ty’s Diner made it to the championship round. Also, hats off Bill’s Charcoal Grill and Sport Burger who had a fantastic turnout and made it to the Final Four. One last shoutout to relative newbie in the burger scene, Tor Brewing, who had quite the love and nearly beat out Ty’s Diner in an upset.

If you’ve never been to Buster’s Burger Joint, they are located at 1202 E. MacArthur. Their hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring cash as they are cash only.

Here’s the final bracket!
